中西医结合治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折120例

Treating 120 Cases of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Integrative Medicine

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的疗效。[方法]对120例患者采用"C"型臂X光机下手法复位、经皮加压空心螺钉内固定、术后配合中药内服外用治疗。治疗3个月为1个疗程,随访6个月～3年进行疗效判定。[结果]优66例,良45例,差9例。[结论]经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术加中药治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折创伤小,疗效满意,可最大限度预防骨不连与股骨头坏死等并发症的发生,是首选治疗方法。

[Objective]To observe effect of treating femoral neck fracture in the integrative medicine.[Method] 120 cases with ＂C＂ type arm X ray machine of manipulative reduction,percutaneous internal fixation with hollow compression screws,After operation puls traditional Chinese medicine take medicine and external use.Treatment of 3 months for 1 courses,follow-up of 6 months to 3 years for therapeutic efficacy.[Results]Excellent 66 cases,good 45 cases,poor 9 cases.[Conclusion]Percutaneous compression hollow screw fixation combined with Chinese medicine treatment of fresh femoral neck fracture with minor trauma,curative effect satisfaction,to maximize prevention of nonunion and avascular necrosis of the femoral head and other complications,is the preferred method of treatment.
