摘要
在介绍开放式"液位—温度实验系统"设计目标的基础上,分析其被控对象的基本结构、应用方式及控制系统的构成,并重点分析了其过程控制对象的特性。实践证明:以液位—温度系统为对象给出了过程自动化控制综合实验系统的集成方案,具有"开放式实验"的主导思想。
According to guiding ideology of on-limits experiment, this article has given the integrated plan of the synthesized experiment system of process controlling. The experimental object may reflect the main controlled parameters in the process control. To establish the cut installment in the structure of the system, through the pipeline and the switch of electric cir- cuit, may solve the problem of how to choose the experiment controlled parameters. Using the DCS system in the control system, its configuration of the control plan may facilitate to the free designing. Controlling the liquid height, temperature, and studying the hardware component and software configuration of the industry process controlling system, is favorable to the demand of teaching experiment.
