Inter TAN与DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

The clinical effects of Inter TAN and DHS on intertrochanteric fracture of femur of the elderly

目的比较Inter TAN、DHS两种内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 59例骨折患者中,32例行DHS内固定,27例行Inter TAN内固定,对术中情况、术后并发症及术后随访情况进行记录并分析。结果 Inter TAN组与DHS组相比,手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、主要并发症及术后6个月髋关节Harris评分有统计学意义(P<0.05);Inter TAN组和DHS组相比,骨折愈合时间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相对于DHS内固定,Inter TAN内固定具有微创操作,固定可靠,并发症少等优势,不仅适用于稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折,也可以作为不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的理想选择。

【Objective】 To compare clinical effects of two internal fixation devices：Inter TAN and DHS in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur of the elderly.【Methods】 59 subjects were selected in our study.32 subjects were treated by DHS internal fixation.The others were received the treatment of Inter TAN internal fixation.Operation time,blood loss,postoperative complications and follow-up materials after operation were recorded and analyzed.【Results】 There were significant differences in the operation time,blood loss,postoperative complications and Harris hip score 6 months after operation between the two groups of the Inter TAN group and the DHS group（P0.05）;but there was no significant difference between them（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Compared with the DHS fixation,the Inter TAN fixation has less invasive,more reliable fixation,less blood loss and fewer complications.It can be applied not only for the stable intertrochanteric fractures,but aslo the unstable fractures.
