奥美拉唑、曲美布汀联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃食管反流病的疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease treated Omeprazole with Trimebutine Maleate and Hydrotalcite combined

目的观察奥美拉唑、曲美布汀联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法将118例胃食管反流病患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用奥美拉唑、曲美布汀联合铝碳酸镁治疗,对照组予以奥美拉唑和曲美布汀治疗,疗程均为8周。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95%与81.03%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、曲美布汀联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃食管反流病疗效满意,优于奥美拉唑和曲美布汀,值得临床推广和使用。

【Objective】 To observe the efficacy of Hydrotalcite combined with Omeprazole and Trimebutine Maleate on the treatment for Gastroesophageal reflux disease.【Methods】 118 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was given Hydrotalcite combined with Omeprazole and Trimebutine Maleate while the control group was given Omeprazole and Trimebutine Maleate,for 8 weeks.【Results】 For treatment group and control group,the overall efficacy rates were 95% and 81.03% respectively.The therapeutic effects of treatment group were better than those of the contron group（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 Hydrotalcite combined with Omeprazole and Trimebutine Maleate has good clinical effect in the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease,than the Omeprazole and Trimebutine Maleate It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
