摘要
目的 研究脑梗塞患者11- 去氢- 血栓烷B2(11- DH- TXB2) 与血栓烷B2(TXB2) 对血小板活化程度的敏感特异性。方法 采用酶免疫法、放射免疫法检测43 例脑梗塞患者与对照组(15 例) 血浆(11 - DH- TXB2)浓度,对比两者的敏感特异性,并研究脑梗塞患者11 - DH- TXB2 、TXB2 的改变。结果 患者组血浆11 - DH-TXB2 浓度显著高于对照组( P<0 .001) ,而TXB2 浓度变化无显著差异( P> 0.05) ;其中发病在72h 内的患者有81.25 % 血浆11- DH- TXB2 浓度高于对照组峰值;而TXB2 与对照组有相当的重叠。结论 与TXB2 相比,血浆11- DH- TXB2 能更特异与敏感地反映体内血小板活化程度,急性期脑梗塞患者体内血小板高度活化。
Objective and methods The plasma concentration of 11-dehydro-thromboxane B 2(11-DH-TXB 2) in 43 patients with acute cerebral infarction (CI),and that in 15 normal controls were assayed.Results The 11-DH-TXB 2 levels in patients (44.38±14.93ng/L) were significantly elevated ( P <0.001),but not those of TXB 2.In 81% of patients who were within 72h of onset,11-DH-TXB 2 levels exceeded the peak value of the controls (39.43ng/L).while the plasma TXB 2 levels in the patient showed a considerable overlap with those in the controls.Conclusions These results suggest that determination of plasma 11-DH-TXB 2 is more sensitive and accurate than the TXB 2 in the evaluating in vivo platelet activation,and platelets are markedly activated in C1 patients.
