苯乙烯乳液聚合实验的反应条件探索 被引量:1

摘要 分别考察了主单体配比、功能性单体用量、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量与反应温度对苯乙烯乳液聚合反应的影响,以获得最佳的实验聚合条件。结果表明:在St∶MMA(质量比)为1.0,复合型乳化剂用量为5%,SDS∶OP-10(质量比)为1∶1,引发剂用量为0.5%,丙烯酸用量为3%,反应温度为75℃,油水比为1的最佳乳液聚合条件下,可得到黏度和颗粒尺寸均匀适中、涂膜性能优良的苯丙乳液。 The effects of main monomer ratio, functional monomer, emulsifier and initiator content and reaction temperature on styrene emulsion polymerization were investigated to get the optimal polymerization conditions. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: St:MMA (mass ratio) was 1.0, composite emulsifier content was 5%, SDS:OP-10 (mass ratio) was 1:1, initiator content was 0.5%, acrylic acid content was 3%, reaction temperature was 75 °C and ratio of oil to water was 1. Under the above conditions, the styrene-acrylic emulsion with appro- priate viscosity, particle size and good film properties could be obtained.
