摘要
采用熔融法制备了对乙酰氨基酚缓释微丸。分别用正交设计和多元回归分析的方法考察了影响药物释放的工艺因素和处方因素,通过改变制丸次数和处方中固体石蜡、单硬脂酸甘油酯、预胶化淀粉的用量等,可得到体外具较理想释药行为的对乙酰氨基酚缓释微丸。
Paracetamol sustained release pellets were prepared using melt method.The orthogonal design table L4( 2 3) and multiple stepwise regression analyses were used to investigate factors influencing the process and formulation on drug release.By means of changing granulating times and the amounts of paraffin,glyceryl monostearate and pregelatinized starch,paracetamol sustained release pellets with the ideal release behavior in vitro were obtained.
