摘要
目的:建立牛奶中的硫氰酸根的离子色谱测定方法。方法:样品经前处理后,选用7.0 mmol/LNa2CO3及1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3及15%丙酮作淋洗液,进行测定。结果:本法线性良好r=0.9997,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.08%,回收率为99.7%～100.2%。结论:方法简单可靠,是一种较理想的分析方法。
Objective：To establish an effective way to measure thiocyanate radical in milk.Methods：15% acetone,7.0 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 was used as the washings lotion to treat the sample.Results：The method had good linearity（r=0.9997）,RSDs were 1.08%（n=6）,and the recoveries were between 99.7%~100.2%.Conlusion：The meathod is effective and convenient,which can be easily adopoted.
