安糖胶囊辅助降血糖作用的实验研究

Experimental study on Antang capsule′s hypoglycemic effect

目的:探讨安糖胶囊是否具有辅助降血糖作用。方法:对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖小鼠模型,给予安糖胶囊30d后,观察安糖胶囊对正常小鼠体重、高血糖模型小鼠的体重、正常小鼠空腹血糖、高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖、高血糖模型小鼠糖耐量的影响。结果:1.710 g/kg.bw剂量组能较明显地降低高血糖模型小鼠血糖曲线下面积(P<0.05)。结论:安糖胶囊具有辅助降血糖的作用。

Objective：To discuss whether the Antang capsule had hypoglycemic effect.Methods：Hyperglycemia mouse model induced by alloxan was given Antang capsule for 30 d,then the influences of Antang capsule on the body weight,fasting blood glucose of normal mouse and hyperglycemia mouse as well as the sugar tolerance of hyperglycemia mouse were observed.Results：In 1.710 g/kg·bw dose group,it was found AUC（area under curve） of glucose in hyperglycemia mouse significantly decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion：Antang capsule had hypoglycemic effect.
