獐宝提取物促消化吸收作用研究 被引量:4

The effect of Chinese water deer extract on digestive and absorptive functions of rats and mice

摘要 目的:研究獐宝提取物对大鼠和小鼠消化吸收功能的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为阴性对照组和3个剂量组(0.7 g/kg、1.4 g/kg、4.2 g/kg),每天灌胃1次,连续30 d,观察各组大鼠体重、体重增重、食物利用率、胃液量、胃蛋白酶排出量和胃蛋白酶活性情况。ICR小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、模型对照组和3个剂量组(0.7 g/kg、1.4 g/kg、4.2 g/kg),每天灌胃1次,连续30 d,观察小肠推进率情况。结果:与阴性对照组比较,1.4 g/kg剂量组能显著提高大鼠体重、体重增重、食物利用率、胃液量、胃蛋白酶活性单位和胃蛋白酶排出量。模型对照组与阴性对照组比较,小鼠小肠推进率明显降低(P<0.05),说明建模成功;与模型对照组比较,4.2 g/kg剂量组能促进小鼠小肠推进率(P<0.05)。结论:獐宝提取物具有促消化吸收功能。 Objective:To observe the effect of chinese water deer extract on the digestive and absorptive functions of rats and mice.Methods:Healthy SD rats were divided randomly into negative group and three different doses groups,then these rats were administered daily by oral gavage of 0 g/kg,0.7 g/kg,1.4 g/kg,4.2 g/kg of chinese water deer extract,respectively for 30 days.The weight,weight gain,food efficiency ratio,the pepsin activity and the secretion of gastric fluid and the pepsin were observed in all groups.ICR mice were administered daily by oral gavage of 0(control group),0(model control group),0.7 g/kg,1.4 g/kg,4.2 g/kg of chinese water deer extract,respectively for 30 day,then The effect of small intestine propulsion was observed.Results:After 30-day administration,1.4 g/kg group could dramadically promote the weight,weight gain,food efficiency ratio,the activity of pepsin,enhance the secretion of gastric fluid and pepsin compared with control group.Small intestine propulsion of model control group had significant differences compared with those in the control group,and 4.2 g/kg group significantly promoted small intestine propulsion compared with model control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Chinese water deer extrect had the function promoting digestion and absorption of rats and mice.
