三门峡市2009年-2010年度手足口病病原体检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对2009年-2010年三门峡地区临床诊断为手足口病病例进行病原体检测,为该病的预防和诊断治疗提供依据。方法:临床诊断为手足口病病例的260份粪便样本,采用RT-PCR检测病原体核酸,并结合流行病学资料予以分析。结果:共检测260份标本,阳性195份。其中EV71型92例,CoxA16型51例,其他肠道病毒52例。时间分布上病例高发期主要在3月-6月份,4月份达到顶峰,人口密集地区阳性率高,年龄主要在4岁以下,男孩标本数多于女孩,但女孩阳性率高于男孩。结论:2009年-2010年我市发生的手足口病主要由EV71和CoxA16型病毒引起。 Objective:To investigate the pathogenic diagnosis of the Hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Sanmenxia in 2009-2010,which may provide reference for prevention and clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Two hundred and sixty specimens were collected from clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD and determined by RT-PCR with epidemiological analysis.Results:Among 260 specimens,195 were positive(75%),serotyping of EV71,CoxA16 and other enterovirus were 47.18%,26.15%,26.67% respectively.Most cases occurred from March to June,the peak was found in April.The high positive rate was found in the densely populated region,0~4 years old children were main population.The cases of boys were more than girls,but the positive rate of girls was higher than boys.Conclusion:The main pathogens of HFMD in Sanmenxia during 2009 and 2010 were EV71 and CoxA16,which should paid more attention in the surveillance and control of the HFMD.
