摘要
目的:评估居民户碘盐监测结果,全面准确了解碘盐食用情况,为制定防治碘缺乏病策略提供科学依据。方法:根据《甘肃省2007-2011年碘盐监测实施方案》进行监测,按照GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定盐碘含量。结果:居民户食用碘盐中位数为29.6 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率99.17%;合格碘盐1369份,碘盐合格率95.87%。结论:安定区近5年的居民碘盐覆盖率、合格率、合格碘盐食用率均符合国家消除碘缺乏病标准,但碘盐的变异系数、非碘盐频数较高,还需加强监测,强化健康教育,打击私盐,确保持续的供应合格碘盐是消除碘缺乏危害的关键。
Objective:To assess the monitoring results of household iodized salt and understand the edible situation of iodized salt,so as to make control and preventive strategy for iodine deficiency diseases.Methods:According to "Scheme for iodized salt surveillance in Gansu 2007-2011",household iodized salt samples collected from each town in Anding district were monitored,and according to GB/T13025.7-1999,iodine content in these samples were determined by direct titration.Results:1369 samples were qualified,the eligible rate was 95.87%.The median of edible iodized salt was 29.6 mg/kg,coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.17%.Conclusion:In Anding area,coverage rate,eligible rate and edible rate of iodized salt were in line with the national standard for eliminating IDD from 2007 to 2011.However,due to high coefficient of variation of iodized salt and high frequency of non-iodized salt,iodized salt monitoring and health education should be strengthened in this area.Continuous supply of qualified iodized salt was the key for eliminating IDD.
