重庆地区卫生检验技术人才需求情况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of health inspection technology talent requirement in Chongqing area

目的:为使高职高专卫生检验与检疫技术专业设置和人才培养模式与社会行业需求相吻合,解决毕业生就业的深层次问题,并为行业人力资源建设、专业规范建设、深化教学改革提供基础资料。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对重庆市41个疾病预防控制机构在编人员总数、卫生检验人员职称、学历、年龄、工作年限等情况进行调查、并对调查结果进行了分析和讨论。结果:重庆市29个疾控机构在岗人员职称、学历都有所提升,均超过2005年全国水平,其中学历主要以专科层次为主,机构在岗人员主要以中老年人员居多。结论:重庆地区急需大量卫生检验人才,以充实基层人力资源,才能保证疾病预防、控制、监测等相关工作的开展。

Objective：To make the set and talent cultivation mode of the higher vocational health inspection and quarantine technology specialty be consistent with the social industry demand,to solve deep-seated problems of graduates employment,to provide basic information for industry human resources construction,professional construction,deepening teaching reform.Methods：The total number of permanent staff,health inspectors title,education,age,work experience of 41 disease prevention and control agencies（CDCs） in Chongqing area were investigated by means of questionnaire survey,and the survey results were analyzed and discussed.Results：The title and education of permanent staff of 29 CDCs in Chongqing area had improved,exceeding the national average in 2005,in which education backgrounds were mainly college-level education,the permanent staff were mainly middle-aged people.Conclusion：A large number of health inspection technology talent in Chongqing area were required in order to enrich the basic human resources and ensure the disease prevention,control,monitoring and related work.
