REACH法规下化学品眼刺激性评价的分层组合测试策略 被引量：4

摘要 欧洲化学品REACH法规在减少化学品健康危险和职业危害,推动环境质量改善的同时,也对化学品毒理学安全评价策略的实施和试验技术的革新提出了要求,法规特别指出＂最大化地使用非动物的试验方法,并鼓励研究新的非动物试验的替代方法＂;＂鼓励欧盟或其成员国研究和验证替代方法,减少或杜绝动物试验,
