摘要
院系教师学术成果是本单位学科建设成果的载体,是本单位学术研究状况与水平的客观记录,是院系弥足珍贵的公共文献信息资源。它在一定维度上反映着这个院系学科建设的水平。院系资料室的职能范围也要做出适当的调整。适时强化电子文献收藏与开发使用的职能,强化本院系教师学术成果收藏与研发的职能,强化在学科建设中的参考咨询职能。教师学术成果既有专业文献信息资源的一般属性,又有该院系学科建设凝聚态的特殊之处。本单位教师所出版或发表的专业文献,在凝练学科方向,整合师资队伍,加强学科建设方面具有重要的参考价值。
The academic achievements of college and department teachers are carriers of disciplinary construction fruits of the college or department. They are the objective recordings of the academic research situation and level, and the precious public literature information resources of the college and department. It to some extent shows the academic disciplinary construction level. The function of college and depart- ment reference rooms should be properly adjusted and should strengthen the function of storing and R & D as well as the function of referencing and counseling. Teachers' academic achievements are not only general but also special. They have important reference value in defining disciplinary directions, organizing teaching team and strengthening disciplinary construction.
