土体改良试验平台的设计与研究

摘要 土压平衡盾构自身对地层的适应范围相对较窄,因此必须采用土体改良技术来辅助土压平衡盾构施工以扩大对地层的适应范围。本文介绍了1个土体改良试验平台,着重阐述了其功能原理和组成结构。 The range of earth pressure balance shield in soil is relatively narrow, so we need to adopt the technology of improving soil nature, in order to expand the range of application. Foams as a good soil conditioning agent are widely used in EPBS. Whereas, because the performance study of the foams is at the beginning stage and the experience of using foams as soil conditioning agents is scarce, there is large waste of foams in the EPBS tunneling in our country. In this article, a test platform for improving soil condition has been built. According to the study, we can draw a conclusion about the in? uence of adding amount, concentration and foaming rate to the improvement effect. What's more, the author proceed a detailed description about the function structure and composition structure of the test platform.
