摘要 本文重点关注了汽车在使用中,车身涂层遭受到介质、温度、湿度、气候、阳光等环境因素破坏后,涂层力学性能的衰减。评价涂层力学性能衰减的手段仍采用通常手段,即检测涂层的抗石击性和划格试验。通过论述,得出对车身涂层控制的二次力学性能是必要的,在车身外部涂漆件的涂料技术条件及涂层标准中,必须有相关涂层二次力学性能的项目及控制指标。 This paper focused on the attenuation of mechanical properties during car-body using process when coating subjected to medium, temperature, humidity, climate, sunshine and other environmental factors. Usually, evaluation attenuation of mechanical properties of the coating still using common means, such as detection of coating stone-resistance and cross-cut test. It is necessary to get second mechanical properties of body coating control by discuss in this article. It must have related coating second mechanical properties of project and control index in body exterior paint a coating technology condition and coating standard.
