摘要
索鞍索夹是悬索桥主缆系的重要结构件,为了保证悬索桥100年的设计安全使用寿命,索鞍索夹需要采取有效的防护措施,目前索鞍索夹主要应用涂装防护方法。由于特大悬索桥索鞍索夹结构比较特殊,需要针对其结构特点和要求,以及不同部位的使用状态等,研究出科学合理、性能长效的涂装防护方案。结合南京四桥索鞍索夹涂装防护实践,探讨索鞍索夹防护方案、涂装施工和特殊部位防护的有关问题。
The saddle clamp is an important structural component for the main cable of suspension bridge, in order to ensure the suspension bridge design service life for 100 years, saddle cable holder needs to take effective protective measurements; the saddle clamp mainly used coating protection method. Scientific and reasonable performance, long-lasting coating protection scheme should be studied due to the structural characteristics and requirements of the large suspension bridge saddle clamp special structure, as well as the different parts of the state. Combined with the Nanjing fourth bridge saddle clamp coating protection practice, the saddle clamp protection scheme, painting and special site protection related issues were explored.
