外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效分析

External fixation device for treating unstable distal radial fractures

目的探讨外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效。方法对34例桡骨远端不稳定骨折运用外固定支架治疗。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间6～24月,均骨性愈合在stewart等改良的sarmiento评分基础上再次改良评分,优28例,良6例;Gartland-Werley功能评分,优26例,良7例,可1例。结论外固定支架是治疗桡骨桡骨远端不稳定骨折的一种有效方法,创伤小,简便易行。

Objective To analyze the efficacy by using external fixation device for treating unstable distal radial fractures. Methods External fixation device were used in 34 patients.All the patients had unstable distal radial fractures. Results All the patients were followed up from 6 to 24 months postoperationly.To modify again sarmiento scale（modified by Stewart first）,28 achieved excellent and 6 good according to twice modified Sarmiento scale,and 26 patients displayed excellent and 7 good with 1 fair to Gartland Werley＇s functional assessment system. Conclusions External fixation device is a safe and effective method with less surgery trauma for treating unstable distal radial fractures.
