髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理

On Prevention and Nursing Strategies of Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombus(DVT) after Hip Replacement

目的探讨髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防和护理措施。方法对28例行髋关节置换术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结护理经验。结果 28例患者术程顺利,术后均未发生DVT。结论规范的护理结合正确的术后常规治疗,可有效的预防髋关节置换术后DVT的发生。

Objective To study the prevention and nursing strategies of lower limb deep vein thrombus（DVT） after hip replacement. Methods The retrospective analysis was done to review the histories of 28 patients undergoing hip replacement.The nursing experience was summarized. Results The hip replacements were successfully completed in all 28 patients,who were not complicated with DVT after operation. Conclusions Normative nursing and correct regular treatment can effectively prevent DVT after hip replacement.
