摘要
根据V、Ti合金元素在金属基体组织中存在的形式以及各合金元素的作用,对所要生产的铸钢材料进行成分设计。采用w(V)为0.43%、w(Ti)为0.25%的生铁和低碳钢作炉料,用150 kg中频感应炉进行熔炼,在试验中严格控制钢中P、S的含量,最终得到高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性的铸钢材料。
Based on the existing morphologies of alloying elements V and Ti in the metal matrix structure and the effects of various alloying elements,the chemical composition of the wear-resistant steel casting materials to be produced was designed.The V and Ti-containing pig iron with w(V)of 0.43%,and w(Ti)of 0.25% and low-carbon steel were adopted as the melting charge,and medium frequency induction furnace with capacity of 150 kg was used to conduct melting.During the test process the attention was always paid to strictly control the contents of P and S.As the result of test,the high strength,high hardness and high wear-resistant steel casting materials was finally obtained.
