临安市中小学生结核病防治知识知晓率调查分析

Knowledge awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control among primary and secondary school students in a city of China

目的:了解临安市中小学生结核病防治知识知晓情况和获取渠道,为结核病防治健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法:在全市中小学校采用分层整群抽样方法,对634名学生进行结核病防治知识问卷调查。结果:634份问卷中,小学生、初中生、高中生结核病防治知识核心信息总知晓率分别为85.3%、84.3%、67.2%,全部正确分别为21.64%、47.41%、49.03%,其知识主要来源渠道:小学生、初中生以学校宣传教育为主,高中生以阅读报纸、杂志、书刊为主。结论:临安市中小学生结核病防治知识水平较高。达到结核病防治规划指标,但仍存在薄弱环节,需不断改进创新健康教育模式与方法。

Objective To know about students＇ knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and their access to obtaining the knowledge in elementary and high schools of Linan city,to provide scientific basis for health education of tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was adopted to conduct questionnaire survey on tuberculosis prevention among 634 students.Results The total awareness rates of core information among elementary students,junior high school students and senior high school students were 85.3%,84.3% and 67.2%.The proportions of students who answered all right were 21.64%,47.41% and 49.03%.The main access to knowledge was school education among elementary students and junior high school students,and newspaper,magazines and periodicals among senior high school students.Conclusion Students in Linan city have a satisfactory master of TB prevention knowledge,which meets the targets of TB prevention,yet there still exist some weaknesses,which call for creative health education modes and approaches.
