摘要
目的:调查分析心理因素对青少年生殖健康的影响。方法:抽取16～24岁有人工流产经历(流产组)和没有人工流产经历(对照组)的青少年女性各203例,进行自尊量表(SES)、自行编制的青春期健康问卷与访谈,调查资料采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:青少年女性人工流产的心理影响因素与是否喜欢冒险或尝试做刺激的事情(χ2=15.78,P<0.01)、是否真的做过冒险或刺激的事(χ2=8.92,P<0.01)、是否吸烟或曾尝试吸烟(χ2=8.66,P<0.01)、是否喜欢闯红灯(χ2=18.37,P<0.01)、是否能自我约束控制((χ2=8.32,P<0.01)、自尊分值((χ2=21.96,P<0.01)相关。结论:青少年女性人工流产与心理因素、自尊程度高低相关。
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological factors influencing adolescents reproductive health.Methods Induced abortion group included 203 adolescents aged 16-24 years who had induced abortion experience,while control group had the same number of adolescents aged 10-24 years who didn＇t have induced abortion experience.All objects were investigated with Self-Esteem Scale（SES）,self-prepared questionnaires and interviews on adolescent health.The data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software.Results The psychological factors were related to whether in favor of adventures or excitement（χ2=15.78,P0.01）,whether having done something adventurous or risky（χ2= 8.92,P0.01）,whether smoke or have been trying to smoke（χ2= 8.66,P0.01）,whether like to violate traffic rules（χ2=18.37,P0.01）,whether have the ability of self-restraint and self-control（χ2=8.32,P0.01） and the value of Self-Esteem Scale（χ2=21.96,P0.01）.Conclusion Induced abortion of adolescents is related to their psychological states,and their level of self-esteem.
