Synthesis of α'-Fe(N) Ultra-Fine Powders and the Formation of α"-Fe_(16) N_2 Phase

摘要 通过球磨 α-Fe和脲的混合粉末 ,制得 α -Fe( N)超细粉末 ,其 N原子摩尔分数 x为8.8% ,饱和磁化强度 σs为 2 4 2 .7A· m2 /kg。再经 1 60℃真空退火 1 0 h,部分 α -Fe( N)相转变为 α"-Fe16N2相 ,样品中 α"-Fe16N2 相的质量分数为 2 3.5% ,σs约为 2 87A·m2 /kg。在 350℃退火 1 h,α"-Fe16N2 转变为σ-Fe相和 γ-Fe4 In this Paper, ultrafine α -Fe(N) powder was prepared by ball milling α-Fe and urea N content in the α -Fe(N) phase was 8 8at %, and the saturation magnetization σ s was 242 7A·m 2/kg Heat treating the α phase in vacuum at 160℃ for 10 hours resulted in a partial conversion of this phase into α '-Fe 16 N 2 phase The sample was estimated to contain 23 5wt% of α '-Fe 16 N 2 phase with a σ\ s of 287 A·m 2/kg After the sample was heat treated at 350℃ for 1 hour,a conversion of α ' phase into α-Fe phase and γ-Fe 4N phase occurs
