摘要
从肾结石的成分和结构出发,分析了声波在水—肾结石界面的反射和透射情况,提出了透入肾结石内的聚焦冲击波破坏基质(蛋白质)导致肾结石碎裂的设想,并且为扫描电子显微镜观察结石断口等实验所证实。
<ABSTRACT>
Parameters of an ellipsoidal reflector were chosen for crush-up of
kidney stone in this paper. Composition and structure of kidney stones
were studicd and reflected and refracted waves on interface of water
and stone analysed. Results suggest that the shock waves passing through
kidney stones destroy the organic matter (protein ), and therefore smash
the kidney stones. The broken surfaces of kidney stone by focused shock
waves were observed with a scanning electron microscope and results
confirmed our suggcstion.
