尿毒症患者血液透析期间行体外循环心脏手术二例 被引量：1

摘要 病例1男,52岁。急诊入院。临床诊断：双侧肾动脉栓塞,急性肾功能衰竭,风湿性心脏病,心房颤动。在数字减影血管造影（DSA）下用尿激酶溶栓效果不佳,间断血液透析,7 d后出现夜间阵发性呼吸困难。查体：急性病容,呼吸急促,轻度嗜睡,心率120次/分,血压100/60 mm Hg,双肺可闻及湿啰音,心尖区可闻及舒张期隆隆样杂音,右腹中部轻压痛.
