摘要
通过对脉冲和比例燃烧工况下步进式加热炉进行热平衡测试与计算,结果表明脉冲燃烧可以节约燃料、降低氧化烧损率。分析了脉冲燃烧在热工操作过程中存在的问题,并提出改进意见,为改善生产提供理论依据。
Tested and calculated the thermal equilibrium in the walking-beam furnace under the conditions of pulse and ratio combustion.It shows that it can save fuel and reduce oxygenation loss rate under the condition of pulse combustion.The problems in the process of operation were analysed and the improvement suggestions which provides theoretical basis for improving production were given.
