小蓟饮子加味治疗IgA肾病血尿30例疗效观察

目的:观察小蓟饮子加味治疗IgA肾病血尿的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成两组。对照组30例,予雷公藤多甙每次20mg,每日3次,口服;双嘧达莫50mg,每日3次,口服;中等剂量激素(强的松30～40mg)口服。治疗组在对照组基础上加用小蓟饮子加味观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:小蓟饮子加味具有很好的消除IgA肾病血尿的功效。

Objective： To observe the XiaoJi YinZi flavored the curative effect of kidney disease treatment IgA hematuria. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in, to tripterygium wilfordii much glucoside every time 20 mg, daily 3 oral; Double its 50 mg of mo, 3 times a day oral; Moderate doses of hormone （prednisone 30 -40mg） oral. The treatment group in the control group add XiaoJi based on YinZi flavored observed the clinical effect. Results： The treatment group total effectiveness 93.33%, the control group total effectiveness 73.33% clinical curative effect was better than control. Conclusion： XiaoJi YinZi flavored has the very good to eliminate the effect of IgA nephropathy hematuria.
