摘要 中药材质量形成理论与控制技术是中药学及其相关交叉学科领域的重大科学技术问题之一。文中简要综述了目前有关中药材道地性理论、药效成分形成理论及其生态环境、遗传特性、采收加工技术等对中药材质量的影响和控制技术等研究进展。指出清晰地认识以次生代谢产物为主体的药效成分的形成积累规律及其生态学、生理学和分子生物学机制,是实现药材质量控制的重要基础,也是目前药材质量控制技术研究的瓶颈。为此,从多学科的视角,开展药材质量形成、积累、变化的基础理论研究,通过认识规律阐明机制推动药材生产中质量控制技术的创新,实现药材质量"安全、可控、稳定、一致"的目标,是未来较长时期的重要研究任务。 The formation theories and control techniques of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials were one of the key issues in the domain of Chinese medicine and its correlative subjects.The paper briefly summarized research advances on the genuineness theory of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,the formation theory of its medicine components and the effects of ecological environment,genetic characteristic,harvesting and machining techniques on the quality of Chinese medicinal materials,as well as its control techniques.It pointed out that the formation and accumulation laws of medicinal components and their mechanisms in ecology,plant physiology and molecular biology were an important basis for actualizing the control of materials quality,and at present,it was also a bottleneck on the technique research of materials quality control.Therefore,it will be an important task in the long run that the basic theories on the formation,accumulation and variation laws of medicinal components in medicinal materials will be researched from the perspectives of many subjects,and then the control techniques on materials quality in production will be innovated through knowing laws and clarifying mechanisms,and then the safe,controllable,steady and coherent aim will be guaranteed.
