摘要
综合运用炸药冲击起爆理论和拐角效应,研究了埋入式半球形反射板起爆模型。利用主装药轴向钢凹法和主装药侧向钢凹法,对埋入式半球形反射板起爆模型、埋入式半球形起爆模型和埋入式圆柱形起爆模型的起爆威力进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,埋入式半球形反射板起爆模型较埋入式半球形和埋入式圆柱形起爆模型的起爆威力明显提高。该新型传爆序列对于解决钝感主装药的安全、可靠起爆问题具有现实意义。
The initiation model of booster with embedded hemispherical reflector was studied through the combination use of shock initiation theory and comer effect theory of explosive. Comparison experiments among the initiation capacity of the embedded hemispherical booster with reflector, that of embedded hemispherical booster and embedded cylindrical booster were made, using axial and lateral steel dent test. Experimental results show clearly that the initiation capacity of the embedded hemispherical booster with reflector is the highest of the three initiation models. The new explosive sequence is significant in the initiation of insensitive main charges
