摘要
目的 探讨保守治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 对47例锁骨骨折行"8字"绷带合锁骨固定带包扎治疗。结果 47例锁骨骨折经过治疗后,骨折恢复快,恢复时间短,肩关节功能恢复良好。结论 "8字"绷带合锁骨固定带包扎治疗锁骨骨折疗效确切,功能恢复好,医疗成本低。
Objective：To evaluate the treatment effect of clavicle fracture with the conservative method objectively.Methods：Total 47 cases of clavicle fracture were treated with the 8-shaped bandage and clavicle bandage fixation.Result：The fracture healing rate,recovery time and shoulder function have a perfect result.Conclusion：The 8-shaped bandage and clavicle bandage fixation is a perfect treatment method for clavicle fracture for its low-cost,short-course and good function.
