眼眶爆裂性骨折的MSCT诊断

The dignosis of orbital blowout fracture with multiple slice computer temography

目的 探讨眼眶爆裂性骨折的MSCT扫描方式及其征象分析。方法 选取我院收治的经临床证实眼眶爆裂性骨折患者202例作为研究对象,将其扫描方法及CT征象结果进行回顾性的分析。结果 202例患者中,进行轴位扫描50例,冠状扫描131例,进行轴位及冠状扫描21例。单纯内侧壁骨折142例,单纯下壁骨折42例,同时有内侧壁及下壁骨折18例。结论 MSCT是诊断眼眶爆裂性骨折的首选检查方法,其中冠状位扫描较敏感。

Objective Deeply investigate CT scan methods and signs of orbital blowout fracture.Method Scan methods and CT signs of 202 patients with orbital blowout fracture were retrospective analysed.Result In the 202 patients,transverse scan：50 patiens,coronal scan：131 patiants,both transverse and coronal scan：21patients.142 patients showed blowout fracture of only medial orbital wall,42 patients showed blowout fracture of only inferior orbital wall,21 patients showed blowout fracture of both medial orbital wall and inferior orbital wall. Conclusion MSCT is the first and best methods to dignosis orbital blowout fracture,the coronal scan is more敏感？
