摘要
本文从RA的重要辅助性T细胞Th17着手,对Th17进行分析,包括分化和转录的机制,探讨其在RA中的可能作用机制,希望今后对RA的研究能从Th17方面进一步深入揭示其作用机理,为临床提供充足的理论依据。
This article from the important T helper cells—Th17 of RA begin to discuss.Through analyzing Th17,including the differentiation and the mechanisms of transcription,to explore its possible mechanism of action in the RA,hope that the future research on RA from the Th17 further reveal its mechanism of action and provide adequate theoretical basis for clinical.
