摘要
肠瘘是指肠与其他器官或肠与腹腔、腹壁外有不正常的通道。肠瘘有外瘘和内瘘之分。肠瘘穿破肠壁与外界相通者为外瘘,如小肠瘘、结肠瘘;肠壁与其他空腔脏器相通,肠内容物不流出腹壁外者称内瘘,如胃结肠瘘、直肠膀胱瘘等[1]。
a report of 2 cases suffered from appendicitis complicated with postoperative cecal fistula care.Main nursing measures include：the observation of disease condition,intestinal fistula corrosiondermatitis in nursing,stoma nursing and enteral nutrition supportnursing and psychological nursing.This group of 2 patients,1 patientssuccessfully treated conservatively,1 cases treated by operation were cured.
