我院I类切口围手术期抗菌药物应用的调查

Analysis of the usage of I incision perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis

目的:总结分析我院I类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用状况,以促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取2011年7月至2012年1月见I类手术切口出院病例94份,根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》要求进行合理用药调查研究。结果:术前未预防用药为9例,85例(90.4%)均预防用药。术后87例(92.6%)均预防用药。用药时间超过48h为15例,超过72小时以上为12例。结论:我院I类切口围手术抗菌药物应用给药时机基本符合原则要求,但抗菌药物原则起点稍高,还需进一步规范。

Objective：In order to understand the I incision perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics and rationality analysis. Methods：The medical records of 94 discharged cases according to＂The clinical application of antimicrobial guiding principle＂for investigation. Results：85 cases（90.4%） were treated prophylacticly.87 cases（92.6%） were dosed after operation.There were 15 cases for application time more than 48 h,and 12 cases more than 72 hours.Conclusion：I kind of incision our perioperative antimicrobial application complies with principle to medicine time requirements,but a little high starting point antimicrobial principle,still need to further standardize
