126例上颌前部埋伏多生牙患者的诊治体会

目的 探讨上颌前部埋伏多生牙的定位及拔除。方法 通过临床检查结合上颌前部解剖特点,X线片所见,定位多生牙,然后拔除。结果 126例患者141颗埋伏多生牙,根据临床检查X线片检查所见,定位,手术,诊断符合率达99%;术后切口均一期愈合。讨论 上颌前部埋伏多生牙的位置通过仔细的临床检查,结合X线片以及全景片即可判定其位置,指导临床医师确定手术入路及拔除。
