乳腺癌患者术前、术后的护理体会

目的:探讨乳腺癌患者手术前、后的有效护理措施,提高护理质量。方法:术前针对患者不同的心理状态进行疏导,稳定患者的情绪,术后加强对病情的观察及患侧肢体的功能锻炼;加强出院指导,坚持锻炼,增加营养,定期复查和化疗。结果:48例患者均痊愈出院,无护理并发症发生。结论:通过各种方法提高乳腺癌患者对治疗的信心,加强心理和社会支持,可以明显降低并发症的发生率,还可缓解患者的多种负面情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the patients with breast cancer before operation,after the effective nursing measures,improve the quality of nursing care.Methods：preoperatively according to the patients＇different mental state and psychological counseling,in patients with stable emotion,strengthen the observation after the operation and the paretic limb function exercises;discharge key guidance,exercise,nutrition,periodic review and chemotherapy.Results：48 cases were cured,no nursing complication.Conclusion：through a variety of methods to improve breast cancer patients on treatment of confidence,strengthen the psychological and social support,can significantly reduce the complication,also can alleviate patients with a variety of negative mood,improve the quality of life.
