摘要
随着社会的发展,人们对健康要求的提升,对护理学科也提出了更高的要求。为了适应新时代的需要,"以疾病为中心"的护理工作模式必须向以"患者为中心"的整体护理模式转变,而良好的护士素质成为护理工作模式转变的前提和关键。
with the development of society,people＇s health requirements increase,thus corresponding to the discipline of nursing also put forward higher requirements,nursing job promotion and holistic nursing care.Therefore＂disease-centered＂nursing mode must be in order to meet the demands of a new age to the＂patient as the center＂of the whole nursing shift,and good quality of nurses in nursing work mode change become the premise and key.
