摘要
介绍用SIEMENS S7-40PLC、SICK ASI模块,以Profibus DP、ASI和工业以太网组成的一个功能完善的断丝报警系统。实现了对约2400根丝的断丝检测、报警以及补丝功能,并涉及与MES系统的集成。重点介绍系统网络架构、软件编程难点以及与MES系统的交互等。
The method of constituting tread broken alarm system by use of S7-400 PLC, SICK ASI module, Profibus DP, ASI and Ethernet was introduced in this article. With this system, the functions of tread broken, alarm and reinforce are realized. Moreover, it can be integrated with MES system. The net constitute of this system, the difficulties in programming and intercommunication with MES were also introduced.
