摘要
体内反搏是心脏手术过程中的辅助循环装置。体内反搏可以增加术后心脏冠状动脉的灌注,改善冠状循环及心肌代谢,减轻心脏的外功,从而促使心脏功能的恢复。 我们用微型计算机实现体内反搏,在反搏时能和心脏自动同步自动跟踪。在实现最佳反搏效果的情况下,在跟踪心率变化的范围上,超过了美国的同类产品。在鉴定会上和动物临床试验时得到国内和国外有关专家的好评。 采用微型计算机,不但可以提高反搏技术的运用质量,保证病人的安全,简化操作,而且还可以使之成为一种病房中的自动医疗装置。
<ABSTRACT>
Lntra-aortic Balloon Pumping (IABP ) is an assisting device in cardiac
surgery. IABP has its advantage in increasing coronary blood perfusion.
Improving coronary blood circulation improving myocardiac metabolism and
ilghtening external work of heart thus accelerating recovery of cardiac
function.
The IABP device mentioned above is controlled by a microprocessor. lt
can trace the cardiac circle automatically during the counterpulsation. It is
superior to similar US-made Products in the aspect of heart-rate tracing. It
has been well appeciated by experts both native and foreign through exper-
imental and clinical studies.
