护骨素和Wnt3a、Wnt5a在口腔正畸骨改建中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究大鼠磨牙移动过程中护骨素和Wnt3a、Wnt5a在牙周组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用成年Wistar大鼠,制备大鼠磨牙向近中移动的正畸牙移动模型,于牙齿移动1,3,5,7,10,14d分别取材,采用免疫组织化学方法检测压力侧牙周组织中护骨素及Wnt3a、Wnt5a的蛋白表达水平。结果:护骨素在大鼠磨牙压力侧随着加力时间的增加表达逐渐增强,第7天为峰值;Wnt3a、Wnt5a在六个不同时间点均呈阳性表达,但与加力时间无相关关系。结论:在正畸力作用下,护骨素和Wnt3a、Wnt5a的表达可能是导致成年正畸特点的分子机制之一,有可能为正畸治疗提供新的研究方向。
