<ABSTRACT> This paper described a computer-based automatic analysing system oflaser scattering on electrophoresis and hemorheology. The principles of la- ser light scattering and heterodyne detection are reviewed, and configura- tion of this system is introduced. Some inportant problems on measurement and application of this system are discussed. As example of applications we have measured blood velocity of frog webfoot, human spermatozon swimrning speed distribution, and electro- phoretic mobillity of normal human lymphocytes and lymphosarcoma cells.
