摘要 研究了7075合金在使用过程中的裂纹失效问题,利用三维裂纹扩展软件FRANC3D对该材料构件进行计算仿真,通过改变边界条件以及初始裂纹位置,得到不同条件下的仿真结果。通过对仿真结果进行处理,验证了FRANC-3D软件的可靠性。 In order to study the crack failure problems of 7075 A1 alloy, FRANC-3D (Fracture Analysis Code in 3D imensions) was used to simulate the process of crack failure. By changing boundary conditions and original crack positions, the simulation results under different conditions were obtained. The reliability of FRANC-3D was proved.
