摘要
通过拉伸性能测试、硬度测试和光学金相显微观察等手段,研究了带状偏析对40CrNiMo高强度钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:具有带状偏析的40CrNiMo钢经正火或调质处理后仍存在带状组织;调质处理后偏析带上出现贝氏体组织;带状偏析的存在使40CrNiMo钢调质处理后的抗拉强度、屈服强度,特别是低温冲击韧度明显降低。
The effects of zonal segregation on the microstructure and tensile properties of 40CrNiMo steel were investigated by tensile test, hardness test and OEM observation. The results show that the band microstructure still exists after thermal refining or normalizing. The bainite microstructure forms after thermal refining. The tensile strength and yield strength especially low-temperature impact toughness of 40CrNiMo steel sharply decrease because of the zonal segregation.
