摘要 采用正交试验法研究了冷变形量、固溶温度和固溶时间对Z2CND18-12N奥氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度对其强度和塑性影响最大,固溶时间次之,冷变形量影响最小。当冷变形量为25%,在1050℃固溶10 min时,Z2CND18-12N钢的组织最为均匀,晶粒大小约35μm,室温抗拉强度为604 MPa,屈服强度为250 MPa,伸长率为59%,该钢具有良好的强度和塑性。 The influences of cold deformation, solution temperature and solution time on the structure and mechanical properties of Z2CND18-12N austenite stainless steel were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that solution temperature is the most important factor on strength and the plasticity of the materials and solution time come second. When the material is processed with reduction ratio 25%, solution treatment at 1050℃ for 10min, the grain size is about 35 μm, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation is 604 MPa, 250 MPa and 59%, respectively, and the materials show excellent strength and plasticity.
