摘要
采用XRD、显微观察、差示扫描量热法、标准电阻应变计法等,研究了时效处理对Mn70Fe25Cu5合金组织和磁诱发应变的影响。结果表明,在450℃时效时,合金结构和磁诱发应变性能发生轻微变化。当时效温度达到500℃,合金中会析出大量α-Mn相,α相会使得磁诱发应变性能降低。
The effects of aging on the microstructure and magnetic-field-induced strain (MFIS) of MnToFe25Cu5 alloy were investigated by XRD, photomicrograph, DSC and resistance strain gauge method. The results show that the structure and MFIS of the MnToFe25Cu5 alloy have small change after aging at 450℃. But when aging at 500℃, there is a large number of a-Mn phase separating out,which can decrease the MFIS of the alloy.
