摘要
研究了零件Ф8 mm小孔感应淬火工艺,包括设备选型、感应线圈和导磁体制作、零件定位夹具设计。结果表明:选用晶体管加热电源和通用数控淬火机床,磨制圆棒型导磁体,制作适当的线圈和定位夹具,采用合适的工艺参数,硬度达到技术要求。该方法操作简单、质量稳定,适合于批量生产。
The induction hardening technology for Ф8 mm bore of parts was investigated, including equipment selection, induction coil and magnetic conductor manufacture and positioning fixture design. The results show that the hardness request can be fulfilled by choosing transistor power supply and NC quenching machine, grinding rod-tipe magnetic conductor, manufacturing appropriate positing fixture and using appropriate processing parameters. This method is simple and suitable for mass production.
