摘要
针对某公司生产的N80Q套管拉伸性能首次试验合格率较低,力学性能不稳定的问题,利用工序能力指数评价了其工序能力状态,从管坯化学成分、热处理工艺两个方面对其力学性能不稳定原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。
On the issues that N80Q casings made by some company have low first-time qualified rates in tensile tests and unstable mechanical properties, the process capability of the company was evaluated with process ability index, and the reasons were analyzed both in the material chemical composition and heat treatment process aspects. Finally, the relevant improvement measures were put forward.
