摘要
对某淬火开裂20Cr2Ni4A齿轮轴进行了金相显微组织、显微硬度、表层残余奥氏体等方面的检测分析。结果显示,齿轮轴表面晶粒相对粗大,渗层内氧化,残余奥氏体含量高;在淬火应力的作用下,造成齿轮轴表面开裂,导致该轴淬火开裂失效。
The causes of quench-cracking of 20Cr2Ni4A gear axle were analyzed by the analysis of retained austenite, microstructure and microhardness testing. The results show that the surface layer coarse grain, internal oxidation and high content of residual austenite are the primary reasons of quench-cracking of 20Cr2Ni4A gear axle.
