摘要
对炼厂制氢装置转化炉蒸汽过热管爆裂样品进行宏观和微观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织检验以及硬度试验。结果表明,过热管爆裂的主要原因为短期局部过热,伴随高温氧化腐蚀,加之材料本身的缺陷加速了管子的失效。提出了相应的改进措施。
Based on macro and micro inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic and hardness test were carried out. The results show that the main failure causes of the burst superheating tube are short-term local overheating, high temperature oxidation corrosion and the material defects accelerating failure of the tube. Prevention measures are put forward to avoid the similar failures.
